Customer story: I could have not asked for more from these jeans. They saved my skin and bones literally.

Callum O’Connor was kind enough to write in and recount how his Spencer Motorcycle jeans and armour saved his skin and also from broken bones, were it not for the Rheon Armour inserted into his jeans.

I could have not asked for more from these jeans. They saved my skin and bones literally.

I owned a pair of the Spencer AAA rated jeans with the padding inside. It was just a normal ride home from work for me and unfortunately at the start of that ride I low-sided coming round a corner. The conditions weren’t great that day and it was a poor bit of road. Despite sliding along the floor, and 175kg of bike crushing my knee against the road surface. I have been able to walk away from this crash with minor injuries. The jeans held up amazing sliding along the floor and didn’t tear at all. As for the padding, well it definitely worked. I genuinely believe I would have broken my knee if I didn’t have those jeans on.

To make the crash worse, police and paramedics were adamant to cut the jeans off to check for injuries and I was very sad to see my favourite bit of motorcycling kit go.

Overall, I couldn’t recommend these jeans enough. Its clear that Roadskin make really quality kit. And it definitely works.
