Shipping Times and Delivery Charges
Our main priority is getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. 

Our standard delivery charge is £4.99 within the UK
All goods within the UK are dispatched with either DPD Local, FedEx Express or Royal Mail. We endeavour to dispatch orders placed before 3pm, the same day.  Delivery is not available on weekends and bank holidays.  Providing a mobile telephone number when ordering will ensure you receive a text advising you of the delivery date and time slot.  At this stage you may have the option to change delivery details if you so wish.   Please note that if you request a delivery to be left in a safe place, neither Roadskin nor the shipping company can be held responsible and will have no liability if the package is stolen.

Postal Charges for Europe and Rest of World will be quoted when paying for your order. 
These orders will be sent by the most appropriate courier using a 'Track and Trace' service. Please email us at contact@roadskin.co.uk if your country is not showing and we will provide you with a shipping quote. 

Tracking Details 
You will be notified by email when your order is dispatched and will be provided with the tracking details in this email.  Our couriers collect from us Monday to Friday at 3pm, excluding bank holidays when no collection is made.
Most deliveries will require a signature.   Please bear this in mind when supplying your delivery address. For example - it may be better to give your work address. 

Missing Parcels
All parcels are sent out through our couriers in good faith, however we cannot be held responsible for the manner of delivery once it leaves our warehouse. In the event that a package doesn't arrive please contact the courier company using the tracking number provided.  As the recipient, this is normally the quickest and easiest way to resolve matters. If your parcel has still not been delivered within 10 days of dispatch, please notify our customer services department by email at contact@roadskin.co.uk . In line with the courier T's & C's, we won't consider it 'lost' for 28 days, however at our discretion we would normally send a replacement after 14 days. In the event that a replaced item is subsequently delivered, the item will need to be returned within 7 days of receipt, failing this an invoice will be emailed requesting payment.

Duties, taxes and customs for International orders

We know you're eager to get your hands on your new Roadskin gear and hit the road, so we've made shipping as straightforward as possible. For international orders, we offer a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. If DDP is available for your delivery location, you'll see all foreign duties, taxes, and import charges calculated and included in your total at checkout. This means you won't have any nasty surprises or unexpected fees when your order arrives. Local customs may require additional information from you to clear your package. If they get in touch with you, it's essential to provide what they need as soon as possible to avoid delays in your gear's delivery. The best part? Once you've paid at checkout, there are no additional charges when your order is delivered. If a courier ever asks you for more payment, please get in touch with us immediately – we'll investigate it urgently. 

One important thing to note is that if you return an order for a refund, we are unfortunately unable to recover any foreign duties, taxes, or import charges that may have been paid. As these charges are collected by your local customs authority, we are unable to refund them directly. You would therefore need to contact your own country’s customs and excise authority to enquire about reclaiming these costs.

Please Note: Whilst most areas in the world are covered by the shipping fees quoted, there are instances when our courier advises us that the Zip Code/Postcode given is classed as being in a 'remote' area and a surcharge is levied.  In this instance we will contact you to advise the additional cost at which stage you can choose to go ahead with the order and pay the surcharge or request a cancellation and refund. 



RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Roadskin Ltd however there may be certain instances products may need to be returned;

If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 30 days of receipt. You will be responsible for of the return postage. The item should be unworn, undamaged and must be 'as new' when returned to us. We will issue an exchange or refund to you via your original payment method. Please go to our automated returns page HERE

Damage in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days by emailing contact@roadskin.co.uk.  Upon their return, we shall dispatch a replacement or process a refund via your original payment method. 

Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you should inform us as soon as reasonably possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible with a copy of original documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.

ITEMS FAULTY IN WARRANTY PERIOD
If any of your purchases develop a fault within its warranty period it will need to be returned. Once the fault has been verified, a repair or exchange of goods will be issued.

  2. Returns can take up to five business days to process upon receipt of the item.  
  3. We cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of items during their return transit.  We recommend that all goods are returned via registered post.
  4. The Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges when returning the item. 
  5. The Buyer is responsible for any customs charges, duties, and/or import taxes or tariffs that may apply.
