Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact our customer services team by email on contact@roadskin.co.uk
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have for a full refund, and make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, just select the exchange option in our self service returns portal and follow the instructions to add the size/style you prefer and we will do the rest once your return reaches us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Items must be free from pet hair, odours, dirt, or any other signs of use. Any items returned that require additional cleaning, including the removal of pet hair, will incur a £5 cleaning and restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Duties, taxes and customs refunds for International orders
We know you're eager to get your hands on your new Roadskin gear and hit the road, so we've made shipping as straightforward as possible. For international orders, we offer a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. If DDP is available for your delivery location, you'll see all foreign duties, taxes, and import charges calculated and included in your total at checkout. This means you won't have any nasty surprises or unexpected fees when your order arrives. Local customs may require additional information from you to clear your package. If they get in touch with you, it's essential to provide what they need as soon as possible to avoid delays in your gear's delivery. The best part? Once you've paid at checkout, there are no additional charges when your order is delivered. If a courier ever asks you for more payment, please get in touch with us immediately – we'll investigate it urgently.
One important thing to note is that if you return an order for a refund, we are unfortunately unable to recover any foreign duties, taxes, or import charges that may have been paid. As these charges are collected by your local customs authority, we are unable to refund them directly. You would therefore need to contact your own country’s customs and excise authority to enquire about reclaiming these costs.
Remember that all Roadskin gear is TRUE TO SIZE, and you must not rely on fashion labels and sizing, as these tend to flatter you. Make sure you refer to our sizing guides and videos before making your purchase to help prevent returns due to ordering the wrong size, and unfortunately, adding further costs to you for shipping and potential duties.
