We are pleased to supply customers around the world and as from 25/10/25 will adopt the “Duty not Paid” method at checkout. This means that we sell our goods to you without any taxes or duty, and it is up to you to pay any duties liable to your country’s customs and excise department. We want to be completely transparent to our customers about the likelihood of additional costs, and It is therefore important that you please note the following information before you order:

Customs, Taxes and Import Duties

All orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees once they reach your country.

As mentioned above, these charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

As the importer, you are legally responsible for paying any such fees required by your country’s customs authorities.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Refused or Undelivered Parcels

If you choose to refuse delivery of your parcel or if it is returned to us because customs charges have not been paid, the shipping company will return the parcel at our expense.

In these cases, once the item arrives back with us, we will issue a refund for the goods minus the return postage costs charged to us by the courier.

Please note that original delivery costs cannot be refunded.

Please note: any taxes or duties you’ve already paid are not refundable by us - you would need to reclaim them through your own country’s customs authority.

Returns

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Roadskin®. However, we understand that sometimes the fit might not be quite right and you need to return your item for a refund. 

For customers in the EU, USA or Canada, kindly contact our customer service team at contact@roadskin.co.uk with your name and order
number and we will initiate the returns process for you and send you a returns form with full details of where to send your item. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE ITEM DIRECTLY BACK TO OUR WAREHOUSE IN THE UK

“Why don’t you just send the returns form with the order?” This is because your order was sent out from our warehouse in the UK, but we have organised for EU/USA/CAN customers to return items to an address within your region.  By knowing in advance that you are returning an order, we can track the process to ensure a smooth and efficient service to you.  Please note that the customer is responsible for any postage charges back to us.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges to overseas customers.  Should you require a different size, please follow the returns proceedure above to receive a refund and re-order the correct size from the website.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.
