We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return an item/s.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please use the returns form that was sent with your goods. If the returns form was missing, please click here to download a replacement.
Please enclose your completed Returns Form and a copy of your delivery note/invoice or order if available which will help speed things up. We recommend that you use a registered or traceable postal service – we cannot be held liable for returned goods which are not received. This will also enable you to check if the returned item has been received into our warehouse.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact our customer services team at contact@roadskin.co.uk
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, just tick the 'Exchange' box on the returns form, indicating the size/style you prefer and we will do the rest once the item reaches us. If it's just an exchange in size that you are looking for, then don't worry about returning your armour and/or any other items that you may have received with your order - just the jeans. Once again, we recommend that you use a registered or traceable postal service – we cannot be held liable for returned goods which are not received.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If an email address has been supplied, then you will be notified of this in writing. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you have received a refund confirmation email from us but have not received your refund after 10 days, please contact your bank for assistance, as it is out of our control once a refund has been initiated.
