We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please use the returns form that was sent with your goods. If the returns form was missing, please click here to download a replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact our customer services team on 01892 457373
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, just tick the 'Exchange' box on the returns form, indicating the size/style you prefer and we will do the rest once the item reaches us. If it's just an exchange in size that you are looking for, then don't worry about returning your armour and/or any other items that you may have received with your order - just the jeans.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you have received a refund confirmation email from us but have not received your refund after 10 days, please contact your bank for assistance.
